In conjunction with RK&K Engineering, Toano Contractors Inc. completed the first Design/Bid/Build project by JCSA involving the replacement of over 15,000′ of waterline for the Kingswood subdivision.
Multi-phase site project that includes 21 Condominium sites, 56 single family homes sites, over 20 acres of commercial development, as well as both VDOT and privately maintained roadways.
