Project Detail
The Cambridge Square Apartments project consisted of a full sitework package to construct a 22 acre apartent complex. This also included construction of a VDOT roadway to access the property. Toano Contractors site package scope included clearing, E & S measures, earthwork, utilities (water, storm, sanitary), retaining walls, concrete, and asphalt as well as many other incidental items.
Site Contract – $4.7 million
Highlights:
-Earth Moving – over 70,000 CY
-Storm Sewer – 7,500 LF, including 84″ diameter piping for underground detention systems
-Sanitary Sewer – 2,600 LF (depths up to 16′)
-Water – 4,200 LF
-Stackable Retaining Walls – over 12,500 SF
