The Work under this Project consisted of site improvements within the Jolly Pond Convenience Center site
to enhance the ability to collect refuge and brush by installing erosion and sediment control measures,
drainage piping and structures, grading, concrete (walls, slabs, and barriers), heavy-duty asphalt paving,
fencing, fine grading, seeding, and landscaping.
