Complete site package for the a new warehouse facility consiting of two 115,500 sf buildings. Also included off site water main install in the city street.
Site contract – $5.9 million
Highlights:
- Over 75,000 CY of earth moved, including 40,000 CY import and export
- 2,960 LF Storm Sewer
- 6,900 LF Water Line
- 28,000 SY Asphalt Paving
- 6,000 SY 8″ Concrete Pavement
